My husband and I had such a great experience working with this realty company when moving to Silver City! Marissa V. was our agent. Not only was she always professional and prompt, but she also was a lot of fun to work with and so down to earth! She helped make the whole process of buying a first home to be as easy and clear for us as possible. We also had to go to the BHAG office in Silver City a few times, and the other staff there were always very friendly and warm. We loved working with Marisa! 10/10 would recommend.

Nikki was there for us throughout our selling venture - from the first visit to view our home to the last hurrah when we signed the papers. What a gal. She protected, advised, consoled, supported and SOLD our home in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. Yet, she was kind and always available throughout our traumatic adventure of moving from New Mexico to Kentucky - and being close to the age of 80. I feel without her help we would have fallen apart. Nikki is a powerhouse woman that will work her tail off for her clients. Can't say enough words of gratitude. Our house sold in less than 24hrs and above listing price. Her fabulous photography skills enhanced our Zillow page. Many viewed the great pictures - I was impressed by my own house.

Patrick Conlin of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is an outstanding realtor. As a long time resident of the area, his knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. He was my realtor for the purchase of my home in 2012 as well as for the sale of it in 2018. He is calm and grounded in tense negotiations and always remains professional. He can work with any client from singles to fund managers to businesses or professional entities. Also he is a notary, so it saves a step in the already complicated, multi-step process of buying and selling property. The office staff is also supportive, prompt and friendly. This rural area is lucky to have a realtor of his quality available to them.
